SHIPPING, DUTIES & RETURNS

We ship internationally via UPS. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, customs charges and any other fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid to Helen Gordilho Joias.

We recommend that customers check their country’s applicable import duties and taxes before completing their purchase.

Refusal Due to Customs Charges

If a customer refuses to pay the applicable import duties or customs charges and the package is returned to us, the order will be considered a return.

Once the item has been received back and inspected, the eligible refund will be processed.

Original shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, return shipping costs and any additional charges resulting from the return are non-refundable. If any return shipping or customs-related charges are billed to Helen Gordilho Joias, these amounts may be deducted from the refund.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and approved.
